Creamy Vanilla Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is a refreshing way to start your day or recharge after a workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Synertech Nutrition Organic Vanilla Pea Protein
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice!)
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc)
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • ½ - 1 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
    1. If you want a thinner consistency, add a bit more plant milk and continue blending.
    2. If you want a thicker consistency, add some ice cubes and continue blending.
  3. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk (adjust for thickness)
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or agave nectar (optional but great for added sweetness!)
  • Fresh fruit for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the pea protein, coconut milk, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds.  Adjust for thickness – add more pea protein powder or coconut milk as desired
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with fresh fruit before serving.
